Everything you need to know about plans and billing.

What counts as a credit?: One credit equals one generation — either a full listing package (MLS description, social post, and buyer email) or one seller update email (weekly recap, post-showing feedback, or open house summary).
Does regenerating use a credit?: Yes. Each time you click Generate — including revisions to the same property or seller update — uses one credit. View past results anytime in your history without using additional credits.
Can I switch plans later?: Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Do unused credits roll over?: Free trial credits do not roll over. Paid plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not accumulate.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?: No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard via Manage subscription (Stripe billing portal) with no cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What is your refund policy?: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you were charged in error, email hello@listforge.io within 14 days and we will review your request. See our Terms of Service for full billing details.
