Overview
ListForge ("we," "us") provides an AI-assisted real estate listing copy service at listforge.io. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your choices.
Information we collect
Account data from our authentication provider (name, email address). Property addresses and details you submit to generate listings, including optional address lookup requests. Generated listing copy and generation history stored with your account. Feedback messages you send through the in-app form. Usage analytics (page views and custom events — see Analytics below). Payment information is processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Data we store
While your account is active we store: your email (synced from Clerk), property addresses and briefs associated with each generation, generated listing text (MLS, social, buyer email drafts), subscription plan and credit balance, and feedback you submit. Stripe customer and subscription identifiers are stored server-side for billing — they are not exposed in API responses to your browser.
How we use information
To provide and improve the service, authenticate your account, process subscriptions, send transactional emails (such as verification codes), respond to support requests, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers to operate ListForge: Clerk (authentication and session management), Stripe (subscription billing and payment processing), Turso (database hosting for account and generation data), Resend (contact form and feedback email delivery), Zillapi (optional property address lookup), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). These services process data according to their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.
Property address lookup
ListForge offers an optional address lookup feature. When you click to look up a property, the address you enter is sent to Zillapi so we can retrieve public property details (such as beds, baths, and square footage) to pre-fill your form. We use that address only to fulfill your lookup request. We do not sell your address or lookup data to third parties.
Security measures
We protect data in transit with HTTPS (TLS) on all pages and API routes. Access to your account data requires authentication through Clerk. Generation history and billing data are scoped to your signed-in account — other users cannot access your records. Server-side secrets (API keys, database tokens) are stored in environment variables and never sent to the browser. Database encryption at rest is provided by our hosting providers (Vercel and Turso).
Data retention
Generation history is kept until you delete individual generations or request account deletion. Feedback submissions are retained indefinitely to improve the product and for support follow-up. Account data is retained while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, or support purposes.
Your content
Listing copy you generate from your inputs remains your intellectual property. We retain generation history associated with your account so you can view past results. Do not submit sensitive personal data about third parties without proper authorization.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregate page views and Web Vitals. Custom events track product usage (sign-up method, generation started/completed, upgrade clicks, property lookup outcomes) without including emails, addresses, or listing content. No personally identifiable information is sent in custom analytics events.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us at the address below. If you are in a region with additional privacy rights (such as the EU or California), you may contact us to exercise those rights where applicable.
